Shipping and Returns provides shipping all across the globe. Also within India we provide Free Shipping.

Courier Partners -
Our courier partners do not do the deliveries on the P.O. Box addresses. So the users are requested to provide their detailed address mentioning the house number and the street address along with the correct Postal Code and contact number. Our Logistic Partners are DHL, FedEx, Aramex, BlueDart and DTDC.

For the addresses in USA and some other countries, the parcels are left at the front door if the premises are closed or no one answers the doorbell. Neither of our courier partners provides deliveries on Sundays and Public Holidays.

Transit Risk -
All the parcels sent from are fully insured. If for any reason the Courier Company fails to deliver the parcel then we make sure that our users do not face any loss. Once a parcel is being shipped and delivered all the in-transit responsibility will be ours. We will not be taking any responsibility for the damage or loss of the parcel once the parcel is left at the front door of the recipients address.

Shipment Details -
Our user will be notified with the tracking number once the order is shipped out from our end via email. This email will be sent on the email id used while placing the order and this email would contain the tracking number along with the details of the Courier partner.

Address Change Request -
Address change request has to be informed before the order is handed over to the Courier Company. For the address change an email is to be sent to us and the request can be taken care of.

Processing Time -
For all our products we have mentioned the processing time. The time mentioned is the time required for processing and getting the order ready and shipped from our end.

What if any Delays -

For each and every product processing time mentioned is indicative and of approximate value. Sometimes due to unavoidable circumstances or situations beyond control if there is any delay caused then we do inform to our customers via email for the situation occurred. If, for any reason, there is going to be a delay in shipping because an item is 'Out of Stock' or if there is an unusual delay in filling an order, we will notify you by e-mail. We may also choose to deliver your order in multiple consignments (for multiple item orders with differing "Availability"). In some cases, we would offer to refund you for unfulfilled part of the order in case of our inability to resolve the order within a reasonable period of time.

Custom Duties / VAT -

Custom charges or VAT are not in anyone’s control. They vary as per the rules of the respective country and that has to be paid by the buyer directly. These extra charges are not included in our processing fees or shipping charges. We cannot predict whether these charges will occur or not. The customers will solely be responsible for these charges if they are levied by the Govt. of the respective country.

Return Policy - makes sure to deliver the best quality products. We believe in achieving the customer satisfaction at the fullest. It might happen that sometimes there are a few circumstances that a product has to be returned. Below are the possibilities for returning an item received from

>> If a product delivered to you is not as per your expectations or you did not like it then it can be returned to us for an exchange or a Refund. For a refund in such cases, only product cost will be refunded and not shipping charge or any taxes if applied. Also only 80% of the amount will be refunded and 20% will be deducted as order processing fees.
>> The return request has to be informed within 24 hours of the receipt of the delivery. It needs to be informed via email only.
>>The return has to be initiated only after it is being confirmed by the team of If an item is being returned without the confirmation then the Refund or Exchange for such cases will not be entertained.
>> For returning the item the shipping needs to be borne by the receiver. The item has to be returned in its original condition along with the packing slip sent with the order. Upon receiving the product at our end it will be examined by our QC team and you will be informed for it then after.
>>If any customization or extra service is being taken for the product then we will not be able to take the return or exchange.
>>If there is any fault in the product delivered by then it can be returned for an exchange or refund. For such cases also the return shipping needs to be borne by the receiver only.
>>Under no circumstances the refund value will exceed the order value. The refund will be done as per the Policy of the Website only. The refund will be credited in 4-6 business days after it is being confirmed by the team. It will be credited to the same account / card which were used at the time of order placing.
