availability of the products are subject to change without prior notice

>> Cancellations of the orders will be entertained strictly as per our Cancellation Policy.

BuySarees.com reserves the right to cancel any order placed for a
product that is listed with an incorrect price or for any other reason
applicable. This would be regardless of whether the order has been
confirmed or payment has been received. The payment after cancellation
will be refunded and the user shall be informed for the same.

If there is a delay in the delivery due to a mistake from the user’s
end then the extra cost if any borne by Peripleko Retail Pvt. Ltd. will
be claimed from the user only. This non - delivery can be due to address
wrong, address incomplete, receiver not available or the premises are
being closed.
>> Peripleko Retail Pvt. Ltd. reserves the
right to terminate the membership of the user. The user agrees to give
accurate, authentic and true information to us. If the information
shared is found not to be true partly or wholly then the Peripleko
Retail Pvt. Ltd. has the right in its sole discretion to reject the
registration and forbid the user from the using the services of
BuySarees.com.
>> Peripleko Retail Pvt. Ltd. will not be
holding any responsibility of the Credit Card Fraudulent. The liability
of the card being used for fraudulent activity will be on the user. We
insist the users to use their own card for availing the services on the
Site.
>> Peripleko Retail Pvt. Ltd. will not hold any
responsibility for the delayed / non delivery of the goods due to
natural calamities (floods or act of God) or unavoidable circumstances
(fire, war or trade organizations)
>> By agreeing the terms
and conditions the user certifies that he / she is an Adult (atleast
18) or has to consent of their legal guardian.
>> Complains reported after 24 hours will not be entertained by Peripleko Retail Pvt. Ltd.
